This is a graphical utility for unpacking, editing, and repacking RPL/RPX.
If you plan to modify an RPL/RPX for game modding, you can use this tool to unpack the it, edit the assembly in a hex editor, then repack it and load the modified RPL/RPX with tools like Loadiine GX2.
User guide
Requires Java 8 to use.
The tool is written based on wiiurpxtool, which is used for packing PRL/PRX.
For unpacking, you have the option between wiiurpxtool and rpl2elf.
