Zelda - Oni Link Begins is a PSP port of the second game in the French homebrew Zelda trilogy by Vincent Jouillat.
This game is longer than the first one Return of the Hylian and somewhat harder.
Features
- Wide screen (480x272) or normal (320x240) mode.
- Written in C++ and SDL.
- Works on PSP's with homebrew capable firmware.
- The trilogy and sequel have been ported.
Installation
Requires Custom Firmware to run.
Copy ZeldaOLB folder to /PSP/Game/.
User guide
Story
After the event in Return of Hylian, Link should have a quiet life, far of th erestless of his past fights.
But the destiny of link decided other way, Right after his battles to save Hyrule, the one who had defeated Ganon observed he was affflicted with a mysterious curse...
Over the course of his anger, Link transaformed himseld into a creature of the darkness, a new being endowed with an unequaled strangth named Oni Link.
When Link lost his control, his alter ego ravaged all he could find on his way even the village of the kingdom.
When they sae that no remedy could cure their saver, the people of Hyrule was forced to take a hard but neccessary decision: they banished Link from Hyrule.
In despair, Link asked for an advice from the princess, seeking for a new hope.
DFinilly, Zelda talked to him about a portal leading to a secret world...
