Enjoy Xenoblade Chronicles 2 again - in a challenging and rewarding experience.

X2+ is a free project that strives to change and tweak several settings aiming for a New Game+ Experience that can be a challenge from the very start, while keeping the more grindy aspects of the game at bay. Intended for use with Bringer of Chaos difficulty.

Note: Spoiler ahead. Don't go further into the readme, as it contains story spoilers for the game. You've been warned.

Installation

Extract the zip to the root of the SD card:

  • Atmosphere >=0.10.1 /atmosphere/contents/
  • Atmosphere <=0.9.4 /atmosphere/title/

Path for emulator, user/sdmc/atmosphere/contents/0100E95004039001/romfs/bdat/.

Note that this is not compatible with some other Xenoblade Chronicles 2 mods such as Unrestricted Blade Gacha and Playable Pyra.

  • In this release, we have 8 more blades that have been tweaked and rebalanced. A total of 13 Blades have been readjusted at this point. Get out there and try out the former D-Tiers.
