VolDown is a small plugin which turns the start up volume down to zero. After it had done its task unloads itself so is doesn't use any memory.
Installation
Copy VolDown.prx to ms0:/seplugins/.
Add the following line to ms0:/seplugins/vsh.txt
ms0:/seplugins/VolDown.prx
Go to the Recovery Menu, enable the plugin and restart the PSP.
