Mod for Redout that increases framerate from 30 FPS to 60 FPS.
Installation
To install just copy the exefs_patches directory to the atmosphere folder.
Should only work on version 1.0.2.
User guide
Recommended OC settings
It is reaching that target framerate most of the time in handheld mode when using the below overclock with sys-clk, upping the GPU clocks more could get it to a locked 60 FPS.
handheld_charging_cpu=1785 handheld_charging_gpu=768 handheld_charging_mem=1600
Only tested in portable mode, the framerate might not reach 60 FPS in docked mode due to the higher resolution. However, using ReverseNX-RT, you can make the game run at the handheld graphics preset.

View Distance mod - By Kirby567fan and cucholix. This mod increases the view distance and eliminates geometry pop-in.
