Remake of Sudoku for the PSP. Sudoku is a numeric puzzle that is based on an ancient game that was invented by mathematician Leonhard Euler over 200 years ago as a tool to investigate the math behind its many possible combinations.
User guide
Sudoku consists of a 9x9 cell square which contains smaller 3x3 squares.
The game requires filling in each empty cell with number 1 through 9 with only one condition: don't repeat a number on any column (vertical), row (horizontal), or 3x3 square.
Menu options
- Level - Allows you to choose the game's difficulty: very easy, easy, normal, hard, diabolic or random
- Time - Disable the game timer
- Number helper - Will only show numbers that could fit in a given cell
- Square helper - Will allow you to use the cross button to select solvable cells
- Save options - Save your settings
- Load options - Load your settings
Controls
Home - Return to the PSP menu
Start - Generate a new puzzle (this can take some time as it has to first generate it and confirm that it's solvable)
Triangle - Undo your last move
Square - Solve the puzzle
Cross - Position the cursor on a cell that can be solved using the current numbers
R/L - Decrease/Increase the selected square
Select - Menu options
