Controls
D-Pad - Move cursor
Circle - Confirm
Cross - Delete one character
L/R - Switch modes (DEC, HEX, etc)
Square+Left/RIght - Move between values
Square+Up/Down - Adjust value
Select - Toggle between GMT/LOCAL time
