PSN Messenger (French) is a messenger program for the PSP. It does not operate through Wi-Fi in infrastructure mode, but in ad-hoc mode.
To send and receive messages, users need to be within a maximum distance of 30 meters.
Both PSPs involved in the messaging must also have the homebrew installed to exchange messages successfully.
