This is an unofficial Switch port of the popular indie platform game VVVVVV. It is a fork from the official source code of VVVVVV, version 2.0+, by Terry Cavanagh. For more context about this release, see the announcement on Terry's blog.

Note: You'll need the data.zip file from the PC version to actually run the game. If you do not own the game, you can purchase the commercial version of VVVVVV for the Nintendo Switch instead.

Installation

Create a new director under the switch folder in you SD card.

Copy the .nro into that directory.

  • VVVVVV.nro is the build of the full retail version.
  • VVVVVV-MaP.nro is the build of the make and play version.

Copy the data.zip file from your VVVVVV installation or make and play version into the same folder.
