Metal Gear Fusion (French) is a collection of minigames based on the Metal Gear Solid series.
User guide
Menu
Options from left to right:
- Otacon's Snake.
- Meta Gear Fusion.
- Quit the game?
Otacon's Snake
This is a Snake game with three modes:
- 1 player - Eat as many apples as possible without running into your own tail (classic!).
- 2 players - Two players on the same console (Player 1 with the pad, Player 2 with Cross, Circle, Square, Triangle).
- vs Otacon - Play against AI (almost finished, but if the apple reappears behind it, Otacon turns on itself, and if you block its path, it still moves forward). First to reach 20 points wins. Biting your own tail or the opponent's tail loses you 1 point.
Meta Gear Fusion
A game where you must advance as far as possible (various obstacles, like guards, for example…)
Maze and Minesweeper
They are available from the "Quit the game" menu:
- Eteindre (Shutdown) - Maze.
- Launch UMD - Minesweeper.
Note that the Maze game is unfinished (you can pass through the walls).
Controls
Menu:
L/R - Switch between menus
Up/Down - Choose an option in the menus
Cross - Confirm
Metal Gear Fusion:
Right - Move forward
Cross - Crouch
R - Shoot
Select - Return to the main menu
Otacon's Snake:
D-Pad - Move
Cross/Triangle/Square/Circle - Move (2-player mode)
Minesweeper:
D-Pad - Cursor
Cross - Detonate
Triangle - Place a flag
Select - Return to the main menu
Maze:
D-Pad - Move
Select - Return to the main menu
