Leveled is a mod that adds simple RPG leveling elements to the game.​

This mod includes standard stats such as Level, EXP, Attack, Strength (referred to as Power), and Defense (referred to as Courage). Each enemy has a fixed level and EXP reward, so you feel progressively stronger as you level up.

By default, equipment affects stats—e.g., the Goron Tunic increases Strength by +3 but decreases Defense by -3. You can also gain extra hearts (up to +10) and have magic capacity scale with your level, although initial magic capacity is reduced to 25% of the original.

Level progression is designed to avoid excessive grinding, though grinding is an option. Enemies, bosses, and Gold Skulltula tokens provide ample EXP.

Navi can display the level and maximum HP of enemies. The game menu under "Leveled" offers various settings to customize your experience.

This mod is best used with Djipi's new Texture Pack for soh.

Installation

The Ship does not include any copyrighted assets. You are required to provide a supported copy of the game.

You can verify you have dumped a supported copy of the game by using the compatibility checker at https://ship.equipment/. If you'd prefer to manually validate your ROM dump, you can cross-reference its sha1 hash with the hashes here.

Run one of the PC releases to generate an oot.otr and/or oot-mq.otr file. After launching the game on PC, you will be able to find these files in the same directory as soh.exe or soh.appimage.

On macOS, these files can be found in /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/com.shipofharkinian.soh/

Download the Switch version from Releases. Copy the files to your sd card

Leveled HD v8.0.6

  • Updated to SoH 8.0.6-develop (Is a bit newer than 8.0.6).
  • Added better compatibility when you use the damage multipliers.
  • Some changes to rendering the icons in the status menu and level up hud.
  • Enemy EXP will scale with HP when using the random size + HP scaling.
  • Damage and HP multipliers changed from 7 to 17. Numbers on enemies will be higher. (Link's damage output, and enemy HP)
  • Breath and extreme heat timers use the correct time when using different heart unit values.

  • Adjusted EXP table and gain to reduce the need for grinding, meaning faster level gain.
  • Scenes now have set levels depending on certain conditions.
  • Enemy levels are no longer fixed and have a modifier instead. They will be set by the scene level then changed according to their modifier.
