A work-in-progress Cheat Device made for Need For Speed Carbon: Own The City.
Only works on US Version v1.00 (ULUS10114).
Installation
Copy CheatDeviceOwnTheCity.prx and plugin.ini to ms0:/seplugins/.
Edit /seplugins/game.txt file (create it if not already there) and add the line
ms0:/seplugins/CheatDeviceOwnTheCity.prx
Go to Recovery Menu (hold R on boot), enable the plugin and choose Reset VSH.

- Unlimited Nitrous (Only works for PPSSPP).
