You'll need to patch the game on a computer using a legal copy of the ROM (EUR/JPN), which you must supply yourself.
You can use either Delta Patcher (Win/Linux) or MultiPatch (macOS). (disable checksum validation if there is an error)
Note: The European translation patch is based on Gott666's undub hack that adds the the original voice acting back in the game. It also changes the title screen to the original Japanese one.
