Blabberbot is an experimental text-to-speech program for plain text files, based on the Flite (Festival Lite) speech engine port for PSP provided by Mypspdev.
Unlike the standard "file to speech" function of the Flite speech engine, Blabberbot breaks text files into segments separated by line breaks so these segments can be printed on the screen. Users can also seek forward and back during playback.
User guide
During speech, a progress indicator appears at the top of the screen. Use the D-Pad left and right keys to advance or rewind the text. Note that these controls are inactive while speech is ongoing and must be held down to be effective between speech bursts.
Also, there is no pause button implemented.
