Analogic PadCheker (Spanish) is a homebrew application that lets you check the Analog Stick.
User guide
The normal value for a centered Analog Stick should be 0. When the Analog Stick is moved, the values will increase or decrease along the X or Y axes, reaching up to 128 in either direction. If the Analog Stick shows values of 50 or -50 on the X or Y axis, it’s likely damaged.
