With the Action Replay Loader, you can use Action Replay software for GameCube games without actually needing to possess an Action Replay device.
Installation
Use MIOS Patcher to patch your MIOS.
Use GCMM to copy the appropriate GCI file for your region onto an unofficial memory card. This process requires at least 29 free blocks.
Insert the memory card into SLOT-B. Start the AR Loader.
