VoiceChatClient wifi allows users to chat over 150 channels via voice or drawings. It uses the settings from Nintendo WFC and thus very easy to use.
It was originally created by moonlight (Infantile Paralysiser) and v1.62 was released by aadz93 which fixed the hosting issue.
User guide
A minimum of 2 people, both of each are running this application on flash cards. To talk, speak into DS microphone (not too loud or will get a microphone overflow causing voice to lag) while holding it at a distance.
Make sure to select headphone 2 option to make sound louder (or use headphone).
