dsup is a developer tool similar to DSFTP and DS2DS, may also to use it to avoid using card reader.
User guide
In the file there is an uploader that as to be run on the PC side and a downloader that has to be run on the DS.
The downloader in this case is the server and must be started first. Then start the uploader and send the file to the NDS.
Command:
uploader IP FILE
Where:
IP: Nintendo DS IP File: The file wish to upload
