User guide
To obtain vpk.bin:
- Obtain a .raw dump of your desired e-Reader card.
- Download nedcenc from caitsith2.com E-Reader Development Tools.
- Run the following command
nedcenc.exe -i <input>.raw -o vpk.bin -d
