This is a plugin that allows your PSP to start up with the volume set to zero, similar to the DSi.
Based on VolDown Plugin.
Installation
Copy DSiVolDown.prx to ms0:/seplugins/.
Add the following line to ms0:/seplugins/vsh.txt
ms0:/seplugins/DSiVolDown.prx
Go to the Recovery Menu, enable the plugin and restart the PSP.
Hold down the volume down button while powering on to activate this feature.
Compatibility
Not work with 6.XX.
