pixelarter is a small pixel art program for the GBA and DS.

It uses bitmaps instead of tiles, and it lacks some qol features like holding down directions.

User guide

The DS version only has one color, you can't save the drawing either.

If you want to try it on the DS it is recommended to use the GBA version using a GBA hypervisor.

Controls

D-Pad - Move

A - Draw

B - Erase

X - Clear canvas

Compatibility

You can play it in any emulator or use it with a flashcart.

Known issues

It's pretty primitive and control is a little tedious at times.
