This is a graphical utility for unpacking, editing, and repacking RPL/RPX. If you plan to modify an RPL/RPX for game modding, you can use this tool to unpack the it, edit the assembly in a hex editor, then repack it and load the modified RPL/RPX with tools like [[Loadiine GX2 Wii U|Loadiine GX2]]. == User guide == Requires Java 8 to use.
