This game is a PSP port of Penguin Command, a clone of the classic arcade shooter Missile Command game, but has better graphics and sound.
It was one of the contest entries for the PSP3D Ultimate Goodies And Cash Giveaway (3rd place).

Scoring:
- 10 - Remaining shot
- 20 - Destroyed missile
- 30 - Destroyed smartbomb
- 80 - Remaining city
Controls
Analog or D-Pad - Cursor
Square - Left cannon
Cross - Middle cannon
Circle - Right cannon
L - Wrap cursor to the left
Triangle - Wrap cursor to the middle
R - Wrap cursor to the right
