PSP Professional Japanese Dictionary (日汉英电子词典) is a Japanese-Chinese-English dictionary.
You can pick the Japanese words with hiragana and see the Kanji/Romaji spelling of the word.
User guide
In options, you can change the dictionary. After changing the dictionary, a restart is required.
If there are issues during startup, just delete fan.ini.
Controls
Analog - Cursor, Zoom in/out
Circle - Confirm
Triangle - Keyboard
L/R - Page Up/Down
Select - Exit
