Guitarra Gero (Spanish) is a Guitar Hero clone for PSP and it is coded in Lua.
This was submitted to the Scenery Beta 2009 (PSP Games, 1st place).
Installation
To install, copy the folder to /PSP/GAME/ folder on your Memory Stick.
The game does not contain any songs, which you need to download them from the official website and put them in the /System/music/ folder.
User guide
Gameplay
Objective in the game is to press the corresponding buttons, as it passes through its respective place.
In order to play a note you will need to press both the keys for strum and the color (not necessarily at the same time, you can hold the corresponding colored key and then press the key for strum as it arrives).
- Money (Dinero) - You will be rewards by finishing a song, amount is based on the number of notes played and rock meter.
- Store (Tienda) - You can use the money earned to make purchases.
- Songs (Canciones) - During each song there is a rock meter that is also a score meter, indicating how well your performance is: Red (<800), Yellow (<1200>800) and Green (>1200).
Bonus points
You will get bonus points if you play the note well, and vice versa:
- Well +25 points.
- Missed -25 points.
- Ego +50 points per note.
- Ego (missed) +25 points.
Story mode
There are 4 difficulty levels and you will have to complete the current one in order to unlock the next (select restart but you will not lose the money).
- Easy (Historia - Nivel facil) - Only need to press the color key (as in prior to v2.5). And only the yellow and red notes will appear.
- Medium (Historia - Nivel medio) - Play a note by pressing Strum as well as color key. Yellow, red and green notes will appear.
- Difficult (Historia - Nivel dificil) - Note for yellow, red, green and blue will appear.
- Real (Historia - Nivel real) - All the notes will appear.

D-Pad - Scroll through options
Game:
Cross - Blue note
Circle - Red note
Triangle - Green note
R - Purple note
Square - Yellow Note
D-Pad Down - Strum
Start - Return to main menu
Note: To play a note, you need to press both Strum (D-Pad Down) and the key for the corresponding colored note.
