This is an unofficial port/translation project of the PC/PS4 version of Boku to Joi no Shinsatsu Nisshi to the Vita.

The game in question is a short visual novel called Boku to Joi no Shinsatsu Nisshi, also known as "The medical examination diary: the exciting days of me and my senpai" in the west. It's sort of an alternate version to Boku to Nurse No Kenshuu Nisshi.

Age rating: 18+

Features

  • Port of the game to the Vita (Japanese version coming too at some point).
  • Full English translation for the game.
  • H-scenes (hence the 18+ tag).
  • English menus and settings and all that.
  • Voices for the nurse characters (even in H-scenes).

Installation

Requirements:

Once you have the game downloaded and installed, go to ux0:/app/PCSG01205/ and either delete or rename the following files:

  • root.pfs
  • root.pfs.000
  • root.pfs.001
  • root.pfs.002
  • (and if you want to save space, also ed.mp4 in movie960/ed.mp4).

This is done to ensure there are no interference with the base game.

Then, extract the patch archive and drag and drop the rePatch folder (from the downloaded patch folder) to ux0:/ with VitaShell via USB or FTP.

Notes:

  • The game will boot for quite long when you press "Start Game" in the main menu, like 20-30 seconds, so wait for a bit when starting the game.
  • Saving and loading can be a bit buggy sometimes. While it might seem you've soft-locked yourself somehow, just by spamming buttons and opening and closing different menus, you can get the game going again.
