Port of Otacon's desktop clock application, the OtaClock on DS. Dr. Hal Emmerich, Otacon commonly known as a character in the Metal Gear series which helps Snake in Metal Gear tour via "Codec".
User guide
It requires user to solve a math problem before the alarm to stop.
