QuartoDS is an adaptation of a board game called Quarto, but the rules are not exactly the same. It is in French and is made with PAlib.
Objectives
Each player places his pieces on the board, align all 4 pieces having a property in common (horizontally, or diagonally vertically)
User guide
This game is very similar to a power of 4 but played on a board of 4x4 squares.
Each player has 8 rooms (light or dark depending on the player). Each room has four properties:
- Color: white or black
- Shape: round or square
- Top: flat or perforated
- Size: large or small
The game is played thus far has two players.
Player 1 starts with the white parts. It selects one of its parts to the stylus. Then place the tray on the box of their choice, and valid.
Then comes the turn of player 2, and so on until 4 rooms with common ownership are aligned.
Note: it is possible to align pieces of different colors because the color is one of 4 properties.
