PSPQsteer (French) is a homebrew application that lets you use your PSP as an remote controller for the Tomy Qsteer miniature cars.
User guide
Choose from four channels (A - Triangle, B - Square, C - Circle, and D - Cross) and control the car using the D-Pad (plus the right trigger button for dash).
