ICEY is not merely a straightforward 2D side-scrolling action game. Instead, it conceals a meta-game within its layers. The narrator persistently guides you, but you must question: ‘Why? Setup
- Find and download the latest TapTap.apk and change the apk to ICEY.apk.
- Place ICEY.apk into the ICEY Vita folder.
- Run patch_game_d.bat, wait for ICEY_Out.Vpk to generate.
- Enjoy.
