Mod for Crash Team Racing that increases framerate from 30 FPS to 60 FPS.
Installation
To install it simply copy the exefs_patches folder to the atmosphere folder.
The 360p version of this mod makes the game run at 360p as well as 60FPS so It needs a lower OC than the normal mod.
Supported versions:
- 60FPS - 1.0.15, 1.0.14, 1.0.13, 1.0.12, 1.0.11, 1.0.10, 1.0.9 and 1.0.7.
- 60FPS+360P - 1.0.12, 1.0.13, 1.0.14 and 1.0.15.
User guide
It is reaching the target framerate most of the time in handheld mode when using the below overclock, but in splitscreen it might need a higher OC.
This was only tested in handheld mode. Also note that this game is not 60 FPS in any other console (even the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X), that means some stuff could be tied to framerate. Overall nothing was wrong during testing.
Recommended OC settings with sys-clk:
handheld_charging_cpu=1785 handheld_charging_gpu=768 handheld_charging_mem=1600
Recommended OC settings for 360P version:
handheld_cpu=1785 handheld_charging_gpu=537 handheld_gpu=460 handheld_mem=1600
