Zero: Tsukihami no Kamen (零〜月蝕の仮面〜), also known as Fatal Frame 4 - Mask of the Lunar Eclipse, is a survival horror game developed by Tecmo Koei, Grasshopper Manufacture, and Nintendo SPD, and released exclusively in Japan in 2008 for the Nintendo Wii. It is the fourth installment in the Zero series, also known as Fatal Frame/Project Zero in the US and Europe. This game was not released outside of Japan.

This is a complete English translation patch of the 2008 Wii horror game, Zero: Tsukihami no Kamen. The patch was released January 17th 2010 with a third party update released late 2011 (by projectsae.es, which merged many improvements/fixes introduced in the Spanish patch).

The English patch lost hosting sometime after March 2016 when fatalframe4.net, the patch's website, shut down.

All of the above was originally hosted on fatalframe4.net, prior to going offline.

Getting Started.doc is an extra document that contains a guide for playing the translation with the original disc, taken from the original site (with some slight modifications made to it).

ISO Patching Tutorial.txt is an extra document detailing how to hard patch the translation into a Japanese ISO. This was written by xat on the Dolphin forums (again, with some slight modifications to account for the update patch).
