Monster Hunter Pokke Farmer (MHGB) is a Game Boy demake of Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, initially inspired by farm mechanics from the series, has evolved into a throwback project centered on tranquil village life. While originally aimed at a Stardew Valley-style farm game with dating sim elements, the project has shifted focus due to experimentation with GB Studio, exploring the potential of adapting Monster Hunter for the Game Boy.

Made using GB Studio for Game Boy Competition 2021.

Installation

Demo currently available as a Game Boy ROM, playable on hardware or emulator.

Content is light, Demo V1 is a stroll through GB-ified Pokke Village for the most part.
