This is a graphical version of Rotation, a 15-puzzle game for the Game Boy Color previously made by S.NODDY.
User guide
Just like Rotation, you need to rotate and rearrange the tiles in sets of four on the left screen in order to complete the image.
When you place a tile in the correct position, a flag will appear in the corresponding location on the right screen.
