GB-GPS is a driver and application software for connection between GBC and SONY IPS-5x00 series. Serial driver is developed by Mr.K.I of TeamKNOx. UI + Serial driver is GB-GPS.

IPS-5x00 periodically sends 110-byte data packets to GBC, which formats and displays the information like a Garmin receiver. GB-GPS is being developed with room for improvement. The latest version has a flickering issue, but it's being tuned for a 4-second update rate. The satellite color changes based on their status, making identification straightforward.

To use GB-GPS, you need a connector cable, which can be obtained from GameTech. It has been tested with IPS-5000, IPS-5100G, IPS-5200.
