The Switch version of Cave Story+ now features a restored translation project, thanks to the Aeon Genesis team. This modification can be easily applied to your game through Atmosphere Switch.
If you have the Japanese version of the game, make sure to move the data folder to the appropriate TitleID folder for your region.
You'll find a labeled TitleID folder for each region. The current version 1.12 works flawlessly with the v1.3 update of Cave Story+. Also, the Grasstown in the Malco room game-breaking bug is no longer present.
Installation
This release is the most up to date version of the Aeon Genesis CS+ translation with known glitches patched. Make sure that the /atmosphere folder is on the root of your microSD card.
If you are using an emulator, note that Cave Story's root directory uses the data folder. Don't forget the mod name and /romfs folder are also required.
