Easy WAD Editing Software (Ewes) is a Windows-based program that enables users to modify .wad files, which are similar to .zip files and contain all the files of a Nintendo Wii Channel. With Ewes, users can extract the 00.app file from a Wad, as well as extract the Bin files from a Wad or 00.app. Additionally, Ewes allows users to change the TitleID of a Wad, make a Wad RegionFree, and create an 00.App file.

Other features of Ewes include the ability to extract Tpl files from Wads, Apps, and Bins, make a Wad from a 00.App and Dol, convert Tpl files to Png, and convert Mp3 files to Sound.bin. Users can also convert Elf files to Dol, extract the Brlyt and Brlan from a Wad or 00.app, inject an 00.app file into a Wad, and create a Banner or Icon.bin.

Moreover, Ewes provides the capability to extract the Opening.bnr from an Iso file, extract everything from a Wad, and browse the files inside the Wad, similar to how WinRAR works with Rar files. Lastly, users can preview the Tpl files in a Wad, 00.app, or Bin file with Ewes.

Known issues

If you run Ewes more than once at the same time it might (very unlikely) delete the temporary files of an another process in Ewes.

When the program extracts .Bin`s, a command line window opens and closes.
