SEED Utils

• seedinfo_gen.py: Generate seedinfo.bin for rxTools and 3DS Multi Decryptor.
• seeddb_gen.py: Generate seeddb.bin for Decrypt9.
• db2info.py: Convert seeddb.bin to seedinfo.bin.
• info2db.py: Convert seedinfo.bin to seeddb.bin.

Usage:

You can dump savedata files from NAND:\data<console-unique>\sysdata\0001000f\
