RPG DEMO is an updated early RPG Demo by Xteaph-N. Written in Lua, the RPG game in development is a reminiscent of retro role-playing game.

It was participated in the Scenery Beta 2009 (PSP Games).

Features - Retro graphics. - Controls similar to those of the old nintendo role-playing games. - Turn-based fighting. - Possibility of launching both physical and magical attacks. - Possibility of interacting with different NPC's.

Controls D-Pad - Move Cross - Cancel Circle - Accept, Talk to an NPC Triangle - Open inventory

Changelog v6 - Everything has been completely rewritten. The Overworld uses tile based maps. - Also the battle system has been rewritten to use table based systems as well.

v5 - Pertain to the battle system. Everything now has collision. - All the buildings can be entered. - Changed how all the collisions work. - Changed how the camera works. - Also include a demo of how speaking to NPC's will work.

v3 - Very early framework of the town/overworld. - Fixed a problem in the battle system where you couldn't pick who you wanted to attack with magic.

v2 - Rewritten the framework so now it can easily support many different magics, allies, and enemies. - This demo has 2 spells, 1 enemy, and 2 players. - The battle system is at this point pretty much complete.
