NesterJ PSP for CN

This is a modified version of NesterJ PSP v1.12, with added support for CN mapper.

It is a Famicom/Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) emulator for the PSP originally developed by Ruka.

Tested by the author on PSP1000 with 3.71M33-4 (1.5 patch).

Mapper163 support, mainly games from Shenzhen Nanjing Company.
Fix some mappers, most are Chinese games mappers 91, 189, 241, 245, 249, 252 and some others.
Supports game roms with a file size of more than 1M;
Fix PAL format, it has always been here, but it did not work properly. Now you can select the specified format in the menu.
