This little utility lets you change the values for the Rotation and scaling registers, and then see the results on the LCD.
Not only is the Background rotated and scaled, The values for the registers are displayed also.
Controls
L - Stop the scrolling text
R - Speed up the scrolling text
L+R - Restarts the scroller
D-Pad - Change the BGX and BGY values
Hold A+L/R - Change the DX value
Hold B+L/R - Change the DY value
Hold Start+L/R - Change the DMX value
Hold Select+L/R - Change the DMY value
