DestoryDust (French) is a homebrew game inspired by a game called Attack of the Mutants.

User guide

The goal of this game is to eliminate all the dust with the mini vessel (destroyers).

You can choose between 4 different characters and the game has a total of 20 levels.

Controls

Analog - Movement

Cross/Circle/Square/Triangle - Shoot down/right/left/up

Up - Screenshot

Down - Mute/Resume music

Start - Pause

Select - Exit

  • Changed all the graphical interface and the menu system.
  • You can choose between several destroyers (4 ships).
  • The game has 20 levels.
  • Casement changes all sounds.
  • There is background music in the menus.
  • All stereo sounds have been converted to mono to save more space.
  • Small increase in speed.
  • Better AI management.
  • Unnecessary code cleanup.
  • Immediate release of useless sprites (for example when an enemy dies it is directly emptied of ram without waiting for the end of the game).
  • Possibility to make screenshots in the menus with the L button (in the menus only for the game it's high).
  • Faster loading.
  • In the pause menu you can choose if you want to continue the game, go to the main menu to choose your destroyer or quit the game.
  • There is a game over screen, when losing the game.
  • Larger life bar (it takes up the whole screen) and it has been redesigned.
  • Added a control option in the options menu which allows us to see the keys (attention they are bot customizable).
  • A short message before each level.
