This is a little homebrew for multiple ePSP bubble (x5). You must install the first ePSP Bubble with ePSP Bubble Installer, after use Clonage Bulle ePSP for multiple your ePSP Bubble.
Note: This can mess up Vitas wallpaper and icon layout. Instead manually create a copy of NPEZ00104 folder in pspemu/game/ and rename the new folder to NPEZ00105 with Vitashell itself. After this install latest version of Adrenaline Easy Installer, go to Advance option and Update database (source).
