The d2x cIOS is a custom version of the IOS (the operating system) for the Nintendo Wii and Wii U consoles. It has been modified to include additional features not found in the official IOS. It is intended to be used exclusively with homebrew software.
It is an upgraded version of the cIOSX rev21, developed by Waninkoko.
DO NOT USE THIS ON THE WII MINI!
