I felt like sharing this! The Snes9x_3DS https://github.com/bubble2k16/snes9x_3ds is still my favorite thing about my hacked 2DS XL and thanks to this handy tool https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-chx-file-creator.552806/ (thanks Computer_Freak_2004).
I was able to make CHX files for a good majority of my ROMs. Enjoy!
