FBA Lite is a very good Arcade emulator for PSvita.
Description
This is just a quick English Menu translation for FBA lite emulator that was posted here.
The homebrew won't read the modded overlays.cfg and font.pgf via rePatch method, so got no choice but to repack it back to a VPK.

- original eboot (eboot.bin.orig) is included and you can rename it back to eboot.bin to use the unmodified eboot.
- I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the technical jargons of graphics settings, let me know if some technical terms need fixing.
