NeoCD/PSP (NEOGEO CD) is an emulator for Neo Geo CD.

It is based on NeoCD/SDL 0.3.1 by Fosters/Martinez Fabrice.

Installation

Rename the NEOGEO CD BIOS to neocd.bin and place into the NEOCD folder.

Extract the file from the NEOGEO CD (not the image), zip it and name it neocd.zip. Place it in the same folder as EBOOT.PBP.
