Mirror Box (Japanese) is a conversion of a logic puzzle game published in a magazine by Mr. F. KOJIMA.
It is a logic puzzle game where you have to find the hidden mirror in the box. It has an easy mode and a mark function.
User guide
The game goes like this:
- Shoot a beam and find out where it comes from.
- Guess the location of the mirror and answer.
- The mirror is hidden inside the box (O).
There are three types of mirrors:
- 90 degree reflection [\] [/].
- Reflection or transmission [|] [─].
- Absorption [■].
In the 3x3 box, there are 2 [\] and 2 [/], 1 [|] and 1 [─], for a total of 6 hidden mirrors.
The mark function is an addition to the GBA version. You can use it to mark any possible correct answer (normal mode only).
Controls
Menu:
D-Pad - Choose the size of the box
A - Start game
L/R/Select - Toggle normal/easy mode
In game:
D-Pad - Move cursor [ロ]
Left/Right - Select option
A - Confirm, Fire beam
B - Mark menu, Add/Erase mark
L/R - Change between [O] and [X]
