Put all your encrypted Nintendo 3DS ROMs into the Encrypted folder (this does not work on CIA).
Put your <span style="text-decoration: underline">encrypted</span> .3ds rom in Encrypted folder and run ''decrypt-all.cmd'' , you will find decrypted game in <span style="text-decoration: underline">Decrypted</span> folder.

Open NDSTokyoTrim3.exe and select the Decrypted folder and press Trim.
