Launcher9 is a boot manager for arm9lorderhax payloads.
Note: This homebrew will not run on recent CFW.
Installation
The payload CFW should be in the folder named Launcher9 arm9loaderhax.bin:
- sd:/launcher9/arm9loaderhax.bin (luma3ds)
- sd:/arm9loaderhax.bin (launcher9)

- sd:/launcher9/payload/decrypt9.bin

Custom logos:

In the BG folder contains the background that can be changed:
- Image must be 400x240 in .tga format.
- TGA online converter.
